One serving contains 100% of the daily value of Vitamin D for breastfed infants from 0-12 months as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends. The AAP recommends 400 International Units (IU) of vitamin D daily beginning the first few days of life for breastfed or partially breastfed infants, or infants who receive less than one liter or one quart of vitamin-D-fortified formula daily. The standard dosage for Enfamil D-Vi-Sol is 1 milliliter (mL) per day.

Instructions

Directions for Use: Shake bottle well and fill dropper to 1 mL line (daily serving) unless doctor recommends another amount. Dispense gently into mouth towards inner cheek; a small amount will remain on tip. To increase acceptance, mix with breast milk, formula, juice, cereal or other foods. Talk to your baby’s doctor about D-Vi-Sol. This product comes with child-resistant cap. Refrigeration not required. Store away from direct sunlight. Use by date on bottom of carton or bottle.
